Live in the present and enjoy our chefs’ creative zest! You stay in double rooms and enjoy a delicious Innkeeper menu. The dinner starts off with different appetizers such as smoked breast of goose, herring, gravad salmon, tartar of smoked eel and more. The appetizers are followed by a main course – fish or meat – or usually some game from Trolle Ljungby. We cook our food according to old traditions and ways of cooking. The dinner is concluded with an apple dessert. Grant yourselves a weekend, where food is the centre. In your room you will find fruits, candy and of course a bath robe.
