Goose dinner is a tradition from Skåne, which should be enjoyed at an inn in Skåne.
Our goose dinners are served in four courses with two servings of goose.
Starter Giblet soup: the neck, the stomach, and the heart boiled in goose lard. The giblet soup can be exchanged for another starter. Main courses First serving: confit of goose leg with red cabbage and goose stock. Second serving: breast of goose with apples, plums, Brussels sprouts and cream sauce.
